3 Season Room in Glen Allen, VA

This customer wanted to upgrade their deck with an outdoor space that they can enjoy during multiple seasons. Our 3 season rooms have 4 vertical track removable windows. During the spring, it keeps the pollen out and during the summer and fall it is great to remove the windows to feel the breeze. We demoed the existing deck and rebuilt the porch with new brick piers to match the home. To maximize the sense of space, they chose a vaulted ceiling with an open gable design and a white solid soffit ceiling. We installed windows with a fall bar, providing a clean, unobstructed view of the outdoors. They wanted to match their old deck boards from Trex Transcend in the color Rope Swing and added a picture frame boarder in Fiberons Sanctuary Series in the color of Espresso. They also selected a ceiling fan and four recessed can lights for us to install. The recessed lighting is paired with a dimmer switch, allowing them to easily adjust the brightness and create a warm, inviting atmosphere for relaxing evenings or entertaining guests.
