Fabulous 3 Season Room and Deck Addition

This deck and 3 season room provides a spacious environment for being outdoors and protection from the heavy pollen springs we get here in Virginia! They opted for an A framed roof with a vaulted ceiling and an open gable that makes this room feel even more spacious than it already is. 3 season rooms have a 4 vertical track window system. These windows are 4 panels that slide up and down in the tracks. You can open some or all of them for airflow. These windows are also removable so you can convert your 3 season room into a screen porch. For the interior rails in the 3 season room, the customer selected a fall bar instead of your typical railing. The fall bar provides an unobstructed view.

This is also ANOTHER beautiful completion with Fiberon Decking! They selected the main decking boards from the Sanctuary Series in the color of Moringa and for the picture frame, they selected the color Espresso which creates a clean looking border. For the decking rails, they selected RDI Avalon Rails. These are low maintenance and rust resistant rails. They selected the Pellinore top cap which has a smooth, slightly curved profile that gives a clean, classic appearance.
