We demolished the old deck and framed a brand-new foundation using robust 12” on-center joists. For the floor, the homeowners chose low-maintenance Trex Select in Pebble Grey, beautifully finished with a sleek 1-row picture frame border. To keep the bugs out while letting the breeze in, we installed the innovative Eze Screen System on all sides, complete with a matching vinyl screen door for easy backyard access.  The structural 6x6 posts were wrapped in clean white vinyl sleeves, complemented by 36” white vinyl railings featuring striking black aluminum balusters. Underneath, we wrapped the deck in white vinyl lattice and PVC fascia for a crisp, low-maintenance finish from top to bottom.
