Chesterfield Screen Porch Build 23838

We demoed this customers old, rotting deck and upgraded them to a low maintenance composite screen porch! They selected for a white solid soffit ceiling with recessed lighting and a ceiling fan of their choice. They selected low maintenance vinyl rails that have black aluminum balusters with a T-top. For their decking, they selected Fiberon composite decking. They chose the color Cabin from the Good Life series and selected to do a picture frame boarder in the color Espresso. We covered under the deck with white vinyl lattice which keeps the outer appearance clean and welcoming.
