We built a beautiful 14’ x 12’ composite screen porch paired with a 10’ x 12’ grilling deck, blending comfort and style. The porch features Fiberon Goodlife Cottage decking with a picture frame border, white vinyl railings with black aluminum balusters, and a sleek shed-style roof finished with matching shingles and trim. Inside, the Eze Screen System provides clear views and fresh air, while electrical upgrades make it ready for a ceiling fan and outlets. The matching grilling deck offers plenty of space for outdoor cooking, complete with wide steps to the backyard. Both spaces are finished with PVC fascia and kick plates for a polished, low-maintenance look—perfect for relaxing or entertaining year-round.
