We transformed this space into a stunning 12'x13' 3-season room with a 12'x9' grilling deck, packed with premium features and custom details. The decking was built with Fiberon Sanctuary Series in Moringa, a beautiful, low-maintenance composite perfect for all seasons. Large 4-track vertical windows with clear vinyl and glacier white frames let in plenty of light, while a cozy gas fireplace, finished with Versetta Stone, adds warmth and a rustic touch. Inside, tongue-and-groove ceiling boards, four recessed puck lights, and a ceiling fan provide year-round comfort. The project also included full electrical work, gutters, drainage, an under-deck access gate, and Xtreme gutter guards for easy maintenance. From permits and utility marking to final inspections and clean-up, we handled every detail from start to finish.
