This customer selected to have a
14'x12' composite screen porch with an attached
14'x9' deck featuring an angled 6' section created with Fiberon Goodlife decking in the color Beach House, white vinyl rails and gates with white Eze Screen System, a 36" PCA screen door The roof is a vaulted A-frame with an open gable and a solid soffit ceiling. The porches siding and shingles were built to match the home. Electrical installed for a ceiling fan, outlets, and floodlights. Custom designed by the home owner.
