Deck Rebuild in Richmond, VA

This customer wanted to rebuild their old deck with a beautiful new screen porch so we did just that! We built a 15x14 screen porch on brick piers using Fiberon Decking in the color Tuscan Villa with a picture frame border in the color Espresso. They selected to have cocktail rails also in the color espresso with ¾” black aluminum balusters. The interior roof is an open gable with solid soffit ceiling and beams that are wrapped in pvc. We installed a ceiling fan and recessed can lights with a dimmer switch. Enclosed with Eze Screen system.
