A 3 seasons room could be the perfect fit for your home as it was for this customer. We demoed their old deck and installed a 3 seasons room with pressure treated flooring and a vaulted ceiling with an open gable. They opted for 2 skylights to provide natural lighting with a white vinyl solid soffit finished ceiling. We installed 4 vertical track windows, allowing the panes to slide all the way up, all the way down, or be positioned in the center for the perfect amount of airflow where they want it. Inside the three-season room, they chose a fall bar system, which keeps the view completely unobstructed while creating a more open feel by eliminating the need for a traditional railing. They also selected to install one heater to have the ability to enjoy this space during the colder months. Give yourself and your family extended space to enjoy!
