Full Home Makeover- Screen Porch

Take a closer look at the details of this screen porch and deck. It was the perfect addition to this customer’s home, complementing the new roof, siding, and front porch upgrade.

They selected composite decking made by Fiberon in the color Earl Grey creating a clean modern look. They opted for black RDI Aluminum Avalon rails for a sleek finish with a vaulted, white solid soffit ceiling and 3 skylights bringing in plenty of natural light. To tie everything together, they opted for horizontal deckboard lattice instead of traditional white lattice allowing it to match the deck boards. Finished with eze screen and 2 ceiling fans, making this entire area the perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors or simply watch their kids play in the backyard.
