Personalized Screen Porch in Henrico, VA

This homeowner had many customizations they wanted and it turned out striking! We built a 22x14 screen porch using Fiberon Composite decking. They selected their decking boards from the Sanctuary Series in the color Beach House accented with the picture frame and cocktail rail in the color Earl Grey. They wanted a cocktail rail for the interior of the screen porch so they had extended space for drinks and appetizers, etc.

In order to extend their hosting space so they could enjoy watching sports year-round, we built a custom wall that matched the color of the deck for a television to be mounted. We also installed 2 Bromac heaters and 4 recessed can lights so they can enjoy this area no matter the weather or time of day! On the exterior of the porch, we replaced traditional lattice with vertical composite boards beneath the deck, creating a seamless look that matches the decking.
