Screen Porch & Deck Build

This customer wanted to get rid of their old pressure treated deck with a low maintenance composite screen porch and deck. They wanted custom made steps at an angle. They selected Finyl Line rail system with white rails and black aluminum balusters and a cocktail rail in the color Espresso from Fiberon. On the interior of their screen porch, they requested an A-framed roof with a closed gable. For their ceiling, the chose white solid soffit. All of their decking boards are from Fiberons composite decking in the color Tuscan Villa with a picture frame border in the color Espresso. They also selected to have their boards laid horizontally.
