Screen Porch Rebuild 23235

We took an existing screen porch and demoed it down to the tile floor. We installed new posts and beams wrapped with white vinyl sleeves. The customer selected an A-frame roof with an open gable to create a more spacious environment. They opted for the gorgeous tongue and groove ceiling stained to their preference. They selected to have white vinyl rails and a composite cocktail rail in the color of Foggy Warf, made by Trex. This space became their new low maintenance screen porch to enjoy for years to come!
