Screen Porch Upgrade and Deck Build

For the screened porch, we completed a full reface—removing the existing screens, rails, posts, and decking. They chose Fiberon composite decking in Burnt Umber from the Concordia series, paired with a picture frame border in Warm Sienna from the Sanctuary series for a nice contrast. They added a cocktail rail for extra functionality, creating the perfect spot for drinks or plants for both the deck and the porch. The space is finished with white rails, black aluminum balusters, and new posts wrapped in white vinyl sleeves, along with a new screen system and storm door.
