Spacious Porch Built for Entertainment

Check out this exquisite new screen porch build! Looking to make the most of their backyard, this customer had us replace their compact deck with a new screen porch and grilling deck. Now they have the ability to entertain guests and dine outside with family. We matched the brick pillars to their existing brick foundation on their home. They selected pressure treated wood which saved them money but they wanted a low maintenance material for the rails which elevated the space and gave them the ability to create two spacious areas to enjoy the outdoors. They opted for a vaulted ceiling with an open gable that provided an even more open feeling inside the screen porch. Finished with tongue and groove ceiling and 4 recessed can lights so this customer can enjoy the outdoor area at anytime of the day.  They also wanted heaters to be installed so they could enjoy their porch year around so we installed 2 Bromac heaters.
